Replacement of P/S Pump

That depends on the year. Do you have the old style set up, where the pump pulley acts as the tensioner, or the newer style with the separate tensioner pulley?

First get the suurounding engine compartement squeeky clean.

Flush the old system first, so you dont back-contaminate the new pump.

Make sure every single drive pulley totally degreased.

Install all new lines, and use Mopar PS fluid, and you'll never do the job again!

had no problems with mine. Did it bout a month ago. Pretty straight forward, but like drip said, if your old unit was leaking, make sure you clean under where the pump sits before you install the new one, or it is near impossible to all the corners and crevices clean. Go ahead, ask me how I know.
