What way to go on shocks

I have a 93 XJ no lift at this point in time but hoping to do a 2" lift later this year. This is my daily driver and I use it on the logging roads in the back country, I'm not planning on any serious off roading but do like to get in a bit of mud once in a while. Currently I don't tow anything but am planning on getting a pop up camper trailer and will use it to pull a small utility trailer as well. What type of shocks would be right for my use?
