Axle mating

Ok so i can get axles from f-450s but they are bent. i was wondering is it possible to take two axles and cut the parts that are good off and mate them together.
 
sure you can retube an axle, but I don't know how much it costs. Check around with your local speed/machine shops and such, they could probably point you in the right direction.
