I'm on my second one of these:

The first one probably would have worked but the instructions were incorrect.The replacement I have now worked fine untill I went wheeling this weekend,now the fans stay on all the time(except when you turn the ignition off)even when the engine is totally cold no matter if I turn the dial all the way up or down.
Are these things total junk or am I having bad luck??
I have double checked everything but the fans stay on all the time untill I turn the engine off....wtf???
Anyone else have any problems with these fan controllers?
