radio went out

ok, radio has worked fine for the last year. Went out today. Both fuses are fine (radio and cabin). I ran the head unit on a 12v comp power supply and it still won't come on. So I figure it's shot? Well, i ran a multi meter on the jeep harness side and I get power from the red/black, but nothing from the yellow/black. Anye ideas? Oh yeah, as i am pulling the head unit harness out, i notice some kind of oil/grease residue all over the wires..... And i don't remember it being there when i installed it.

Can you give a small clue as to the year of your rig?

90 laredo. Horn and lighter work.

Dome fuse went out. Fixed it. I'm an idiot.

The oil/grease is most likely from the tape they used to bundle the wires.
