Factory T-Case skid

I am not completely sure. I think it depends on how far down you drop it. There is some room between the T-Case and the skid. Below is a picture of my skid plate with a NP231 Command Trac T-Case. Stock position. Hope this helps.

Lowering the t-case will involve spacers, so no reason that you couldn't put a spacer on the skid too.

This my np231 lowered 1" with Go-Jeep spacers. Search for info on Tcase lowering, the studs can be a real pain to remove.
