grand cherokee re 5.5 coils

jsut to make sure i get this straight...... how much lift would these give me compared to say regular xj 5.5 coils cuz im debating on which ones to get to upgrade. im looking to go 6.5 and no more. also i have arb and winch bumper and that tends to weigh a few pounds. would the acos system be a good answer as well to make sure i get the 6.5 ? and in the back 4.5 leafs with the tnt shackles. sry i searched and didnt come up with much info on who and what the re 5.5 gran chero. coils are about ?
