where I am from you can figured 150 per axle for just regearing, 200 for locker install and regearing... I'd say you're getting hosed by my standard

we charge about $200 per axle if it's in the vehicle(labor). $780 is quite a bit. At the very most, $275 per axle is about what it is worth.
