Anyone have experience with Rubicon Express Super-Ride Bushings?

I'm starting to buy parts for my longarm build and am going to need 2 bushings (in addition to the flex joints).

Originally I was going to get poly bushings. For about $14 each I can get poly bushings complete with a DOM sleve that I can weld on to the end of some tube. Then I ran across RE's new bushings.
Has anyone used or seen them?
What is the "metal sleeve" like?
Is it thick DOM that could be welded to a tube?
Will I need a piece of DOM to press this bushing into?

Thanks in advance.

I just got a box full of the large super rides today. They come with a milled sleeve ( 2 1/4" x ~.065, hour glass on the interior) that works with the bushing. This sleeve should, I believe, be used with a more substantial tube to build a link end.

Just use stock bushings and "Pre-Machined" sleeves from JKS or Rocklogic.
