This may be a naive question, but I've searched here and elsewhere (including jeepspeed.com) and I cannot find any info on how jeepspeed jeeps are typically built. I live in CO and will definitely be wheeling my XJ here and during trips to Moab (to mountainbike, primarily) - but I've always been intrigued by the idea of having an offroad vehicle similar to my DH bike, fast, stable and built to soak up anything - as a considerable portion of my time is likely going to be spent driving long rutted out dirt roads in order to get to trailheads, campsites, etc....
My question is: Does anyone here have any links, etc... that might give me insight into how such beasts are built, and how they might differ in build from a typical rockcrawling setup? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
