got ahold of some free tj rubicon 129ab front springs and was wondering if i could use them on the front of my xj and gain any lift ?

Cheap tj lift springs?

TJ springs are shorter/softer than XJ springs. Unless they are rated to produce a big lift in the TJ, the springs you have might lower your XJ rather than lift it.
