Wisconsin is a OK place to hang out. I'm sure the DOT just wanted some handle to use on loud vehicles. After all, we have a DB limit on car audio systems, why not cars?

I've yet to see either enforced ;)

I went to the website and looked around. Seems like a good company, and though the "muffler" would be loud if it was at the end of the system, by the time it goes though the tailpipe, it ought to sound a bit more mellow. Since it isn't a reverse flow muffler, I would be concerned whether it is spark arresting of not. If you only want to use it on the street, that's not a concern.

my panites are fine lol i was just busting. as for the muffler its shipped, when i test it out. I will post how i like it.
