torque spec for rocker arms?

My Haynes manual lists the rocker arm bolts torque spec as 19 Ft-lbs. Hope this helps!

-Ryan

19 pound-feet, and no need to adjust valve lash (like on SBChevvy engines and such.) That's taken care of with lifter preload.

Just make sure you get everything back into the same place you took it from - valvetrain parts don't like being mixed up after they've been run...

5-90

ya i cleaned the arms 1 pair at a time them put them back on to not mix em up the head looks tons better now . It had about 1 inch of sludge on top of it .The pan had a lot in it too been cleaning this thing for 2 days .lol !!!

Dont torque one side to 19 and then the other, do each to 10, then go to 19. Doing one side at a time to 19 can damage the bridge.
