reciever mount spare carrier?

Does anyone make a reciever mounted tire carrier? Preferably a swing down or out style that makes opening the hatch possible?, Just curious- i dont have the $$ to dump the stock bumper for a $1000 dollar unit with a swing out

I'm thinking of doing something like this myself, for my 2nd Jeep.

I made one for my XJ, total cost less than $60.00 PM or E-mail me for pictures.

It hold my 31-10.5 BFG just fine.
