Here is the fuse & related circuit information that DC neglected to give us 97+ XJ owners.
All information is based of a 2KXJ and the related manuals.
Everything listed is a circuit that is either "attached" to the fuse or directly impacted by it.
If anything is incorrect please let me know.

Enjoy!

I had a busy :speepin: day at work.

Thanks for the info. Funny I stumbled across this because I read my owners manual for my 00 XJ which says refer to rear side of the fuse panel in the car. I refer to that then that says to refer to owners manual. Im like uhhhhhhhh....

So they seriously forgot to supply us with fuse information?

Incredible.

One question is there a fuse for power seats? I see the heated seat fuse but nothing for the power seats themselves.

Thanks,
JT

Nope.
Circuit breaker #29 in the junction box

is there a single fuse for the vehicle info center (center console)? that's the only thing that's not working and none of the descriptions above have it included.... please help

It's all there except for the front wiper/washer fuse and relay. Man this is starting to iritate the crap outta me. can't find it anywhere. Throw the dog a bone guys... Help.

Philly :canada:

'93 and earlier don't have a fuse and relay and I assume '96 is the same. There is a small rectangular circuit breaker at the bottom of the under dash fuse panel, ~6 amps.

Well why don't you give us the slightest bit of info about your rig as it greatly depends on what year it is.

Standing in front of the Jeep, looking at the PDC- the relays are at the top, then there are 3 rows of ATM fuses below them. The bottom left- fuse 24- should be for the fog lamps.

edit- The bottom left fuse is also tagged as #25, depending on where you look.

So, the orientation of the ATM fuses is this, or, the blank is 18, and all the subsequent fuse numbers are +1
[26] [23] [20] [ __]
[25] [22] [19] [17]
[24] [21] [18] [16]

I don't know what's "right", but I know this isn't particularly logical.

the first post in this thread tells you the fog lamp relay is F25...That picture shows all the fuses and the relays in the Power Distribution Center. If you think you blew a fuse, then check all of them. Even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in awhile.
