d44 e-brake cables

I was searching for brake cable lengths, pics and what model they're from (wrangler or XJ), but the threads I found had pics and/or links that wern't up anymore, or moved somewhere- I couldn't get the info I was looking for.

Anyone with a 44, and an early XJ with the center equalizer who did the longer e-brake cable thing, what year and model did you use? If you have any pics, that'd be great.

I used the stock dana 35 ones.........

I used to have a 91, and I used the stock 35 cables too, just extended the threaded rod in the middle to make em work. Check the write up on madxj.com

extending the threaded rod is a good idea that i hadnt thought of. (i've ben ignoring my lack of E brake for a year now)
