Tranny swap 2wd AX15 to 4wd AW4

Im Really dreading this swap, but I need to get my junk rolling so here it goes. Jeep is a 92 2wd 2dr. Right now its 2wd with the AX15. Im swapping in a 4x4 AW4. I know that I need the following: AW4 transmission
torque converter
tranny cooler lines
tranny cooler
bellhousing
flexplate
wiring harness for trans and tcu
TCU (computer)
shifter + bracket
downshift cable
Am I missing anything? Doesn anyone have a step by step write up on this swap, thatd be great.

I am guessing that you are going to wait to do the front axle later? I beleive you need a different cross member, TC shift bezel, TC linkages, Driveshaft(pretty sure it is a different length).
Make sure you have all of the spline counts figured out.

No, the 44 should be in in a couple of weeks. Just planning ahead. The t-case is out of a 92 so that will and the AW4 is out of a 94, so they should be 23 spline compatable.
