backspace...

2001 xj sport
30x9.5 on 15x7 stock steel wheels
2" budget boost (rustys offroad)

i am planning to replace my wheels with a 15x8 black steel wheel with "D" window. i would want to know what backspacing is recommended. i am thinking of getting a 15x8 (4.5 BS) or (4.75) or should I stay on stock backspacing?

and if somebody has pics of a 2001 xj sport with 2" BB's and a 4.0, 4.5, 4.75 backspacing and comments with rubbing.

I ran my 30s with 4.5BS and had no issues. Actually I have even run them on my 31x10.50 and had no issues until I went to long arms. then I got rubbing. You will be fine with 4.5 or 4.75bs.

My 01 XJ sport with 3" lift 31x10.50r15 Trxus and Crager 15x8 352 wheels with 4.75" BS love them work really well.

I just mounted 31's on 15x8 4.75" backspace crager soft 8's. Front tires stick out about 1 inch past the flares. Back tires are pretty much flush with th flares on my '95

i will be installing 2" BB's. Im not sure if i will have rubbing on the flares if i replace my 15x7 stock wheels with 15x8 4.75 bs
