Front bumper fabrication

I'm looking at having a new front bumper fabricated for my '96 XJ. The design that I think will work for me the best is a pre-runner type bumper. I saw the one being offered by Protofab, and love it. If anybody out there is using that bumper (or one similar to it) could you please help me out w/ some dimensions and measurements. It would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for helping me out.
