Looking for a website with shackle mounts

I found a website a year or so ago that sold shackles with 3/4" steel brackets with a hole already in it so you could weld up your own shackles on your custom bumpers. I need something like this to weld shackle brackets on the front of my home made bumper. The website wasn't huge and they did not sell a bunch of other stuff but these in particular caught my eye and I havn't seen anyone else who sells something similar and I cant seem to find the site. Anybody know what I am looking for or the website I am talking about.
