90 XJ 2.5 Won't Start

Ran my jeep all day today. Went and paid my school bill, then went to the book store, then back home, and then to work. When I left work my XJ wouldn't start. Upon investigation I found that I did not have any spark from both the distrubtor or the coil. I removed both the coil and ICM (Ignition Control Module). I wanna check them both with an ohm meter, but don't have any manuals here to reference. Anyone out there know what the restistance should be and what terminals to check across ?

That was gonna be my next thing to check... The ICM and Coil were a bit easier to remove... I also need the resistance and pins to check on that one also...
