Off Go-Jeeps website it says:
Make sure that it is pushed all the way in and none of the metal shaft is showing. Now is the part where some get it wrong so take note. On the side of the housing you will find groups of numbers as shown on the underside of the housing which in this case says 32-38 for that is the range of teeth for this position. The position is determined by the bottom slot that the fork fits into. Make sure you are in the range that matches the number of teeth on the new gear otherwise remove and then rotate the housing until the right one is lined up when inserted back in with the bottom fork slot. That's all there is to it.
I inserted it back in where it was where the metal clap fits into the slits in the plastic (it reads 32-38). What should I have done? It says to rotate it, but which way and how much? Is it gonna read wrong or what?
