Are Rubicon Express twintubes considered stiff?

I'm sure someone else besides me has run the Rubi Twin Tubes. Are they considered pretty stiff? My RE 3.5" SF is still being broken in but rides stiff as hell. I'm trying to figure out if it is partially shocks. What do you guys think? And ya I had a bunch of people warn me about not going with the Rubis but I did anyway.:laugh3:
