Misaligned motor mount cause a vibration?

Here is a pic of the left motor mount on my 97 xj. In the past week I get a vib when lugging a gear (5-speed) or I am driving steady at 1500 rpm or so. I checked my front steering and wheel bearings are new. Do you think this could be the cause? Xj has a 5.5 re with 33" tires. Thanks for any help!!!

Check your tranny mounts. Might as well replace that and the motor mounts. One motor mount = $54 at stealership. 15mm to frame, 18mm through bracket
