Bronco long arm setup

is there any reason why i should not use 2x2 with .25 square tubing?? i am going to use rubicon joints? do you think this will work or should i just go with dom tubing

In specific planes, not as a general rule.

That again depends I would say...

If your using a orbital eye end on the control arm mount end of the upper then the spacing in the mounting tabs would be easier get around with such a large flat surface. If your using a heim then your fine with round tube since the gap between tabs doesnt have to be so great.

As for strength, well either can be had in a thick enough wall to not make that a deciding factor I would say...
