What is the yoke pattern Jeeps

I am getting a D.S made up and the shop is asking what yoke pattern it is. I would like to know this so I can specify it over the phone so I can get an accurate quote. I have a MIT SLE and a Dana 44. Also what is the difference between Hardy Spicer and Dana Spicer and is each as good as the other.

I don't know about the two Spicers (I thought they were ALL Dana?) but if you tell them what U-joint is going to bolt up in there, and whether you're using straps/bolts or U-bolts, they should be able to figure out the rest.
