Got a Hilift for Xmas wondering if anyone knows the dimensions of the 2 mounts that hilift makes. Going to mount it on my Surco rack.

I used the Loc Rac system on my Surco. I did add some 1/4" plate to the stanchion to strengthen it it. You can see in the pics below.

The velcro straps are to keep the rattles down, and some added insurance...

Yes...While I do not yet have a roof basket... I plan on mounting my hilift with a hockey pucks somewhere...
