RE1801 SYE Kit Problems on a 242?

Anyone ever had the snap ring come out? I'm talking about the snap ring that holds a washer to the silver flange piece. Mine apparently came out at some point and I'm wondering where I can get a replacement. I've emailed RE and am still waiting for a response so I figured I'd check here.
