Quick Window Help

My friend broke his front passenger window, we got a new one from the junk yard. We are having a hard time getting it back in. Does anyone have any tips or insight into window installation?

Main window? I've found it sure helps to remove the 'wing' window (the trianglular one) and set the big/main glass down inside the door. Reinstall the wing window and slide the glass up from the bottom. Have to have the door panel taken off to do it.

If this model has the vent windows, you need to remove the vent window first. Look for the two screws on the front side of the door.
