Tranny help

I've got an 88' Comanche 4 banger 2wd, with a 4 spd manual. I was just curious as to which transmission this is? I would also like to find out what the gear ratios are in that 2wd tranny. I would imagine that it would be the same tranny in any 2wd, 4cyl, 4spd XJ as well.

You say your Comanche is a '88, But I thought that they only made 4 speed manuals between 84-86, with 2.5 I4 or the 2.8 V6 engines. Can anyone else chime in on this?

If anything it could be an AX4 or a T4, for the 4 speed, more and likley a BA10 or AX5 if you havent found the last foward gear.

My 88 Comanche 2.5 has a T4 - 231 combo OEM
