chevy k5 leaf swap

i was wondering, if i could use a set of chevy leafs off of a k5 blazer i beleive there 52''. Because there is a burned out k5 on some local trailsl.Which brings me to my other question, the k5 is burned so how can i tell if the springs are still useable. thanks
