2000 xj cold start stall

when i start my truck cold it stalls. it takes about a minute of hi idle and then its fine.. but when the motor is hot it does the same thing but it catches its self befor it stalls. i have a 2000 xj stock with 74k i changed the tps and the iac. was gonna change the m.a.p but was told to only do so is their was a check light. whitch their isn't .. i also ran a scanner to check the codes and their aren't any.. as if this want a big enough pain it just failed inspection for what they call "obd system readyness" what is that??

Is it still under warranty? I have a 7 year 75k miles warranty on mine. If so, take it in.
