Some lights out???

The cigarette lighter picture and the picture above the rear defroster don't light up in my XJ. The graphic above the automatic transmission mode switch lights up, so now I'm wondering if the others are supposed to. If they are, how do I make them work? Is there a bulb back there or something?

There is a small bulb behind each of the indicators (pictures). The best way to change them is to take the guage faceplate off then take the bezels off and replace those small bulbs. While your in there you might as well replace all of them.
