Loose steering and wheel slightly off center

I have a 97 with a brand new rustys 3" lift, steering stabalizer, adjustable trackbar and adjustable control arms. The front sway bar is NOT connected at this point in time (i broke the endlinks by accident).

There is alot of play in my steering wheel, but it is mostly on the 10' to 12'o clock side and not really on the right hand side at all. What can be done to fix this?

The car has 201,xxx miles on it as of now.

remove and replace all steering and suspension parts worn by 201,xxx miles
check and adjust castor to +6°
center steering wheel
install sway bar
remove lift
