I am going to be buying new rims just asking for input as to what size I should get, I am sitting at around four inches of lift and plan on adding another inch running 31's I plan on up sizing to 32 -33 when these tires are gone. What would be a good universal size rim. TIA

15X8 IN 4.25 - 3.75 bacspacing, 33s will fit fine with 4" lift and trimming the fenders.

dont go a rimsize over 1/2 the size of your tires. ie, dont go over 15 inch rim for a 30 inch tire. its just a rule. otherwise it looks gay

I've had better luck running less backspacing.
The main area of rubbing is generally the inner fender in the rear and shock tower up front.

The outer fenders are easy to trim.
Inners? Not so much.
