changed gasket

i just got done changing my valve cover gasket (pain in the ass) and now i seem to be blowing a bit of white smoke at idle from the tailpipe, i may havr gotten some brake cleaner into the head(if i did it wouldn't be very much) if this is the case can i hold out for a few days til the weekend to do an oil change ort should i get it done ASAP
