broken sway bar.... need help...

not sure what its actually called but the piece that connects the sway bar link to the actually axle snaped clean in two...

the break is right in the middle

i welded it once but forgot to disconnect on a trail and it snaped the weld....

im going to just welded it again,,, but does anyone have any suggestiongs....

I assume you're talking about the stationary axle bracket, right? Weld a matching plate to it? Maybe 1/4."

If it's in the rear, you could just pull the sway bar and forget about it.

If you're talking about the front sway bar vertical links, they're not very expensive to replace. Or you look at aftermarket disconnectable ones.
