Just got my Jeep last night and since I drive 18-20k a year I figure I'll (for now) not go straight to 35s. So here is my list and just looking for opinions on my list and what you may or may not use, thats all.

1999 XJ Sport 4.0/aw4/np242/hp d30/8.25 will be cutting fenders:

Lift:

RE 3.5" SF lift with packs
- JKS tracbar
- RE adj. UCAs
- DPG bumpstop plates
- 3/4" spacer for new bumper
- OME shocks or maybe just DT3000s

t-case:
- RE Hack N Tap (242)
because its the same as the T.W, Kit and is alot cheaper.
- T.W. rear cv shaft
- might rebuild front shaft

tires/wheels:
- 285/75 16 MTRs or KMs
- 16x8 Cragier(sp?) black RCs in 4"ish bs

Armor:
- AJs "Hanson Style" front winch bumper
- AJs superrails in 3/16"
- Factory gas skid
- Thinking TNT full belly skid
- Thinking TNT "frame rail" stiffiners/covers

Axles:

Already have hpd30/8.25 locked with 4.56s
and have a Ford 8.8 (stock) not sure what I'm gonna do yet.

I'd expect that the tire height you have in mind might be a little tight for that lift height unless you are not afraid to cut some flares and/or sheetmetal.

Yeha I am trimming. Here is the RE 3.5" with 33x12.50s, I think 33x11.20s will look perfect:
