Whats it worth???

D44 Rear out of a XJ. Detroit, 5.13 Superior Gears, Superior Alloy Shafts, ZJ Disc Conversion, HD inspection cover. Axle seals and bearings new last year, whole setup new 2 years ago. Owner is pretty easy on jeep but does do a fair share of rock crawling. What would be a resonable price and how much is too much?

take all those fancy parts and their prices that they cost new from the cheapest place you can find it.. add it all up to a sum and then multiply that number by 0.50, and then add say 200 bucks for the D44 itself. Do not include labor.

Hows that for a fair price ?

Best guess about 800-1000 dollars.
