I6 4.0 HO: Valve Job: How much?

Lots of miles (135K), smokes without additive, think I just need a valve job (should R&R timing chain, I know...). Wondered how much I should expect to pay for a v.job?

Is there anywhere I can get a head ready to bolt on for similar cost (I might/should be able to do that R&R myself!)? Link?

BTW, this is nothing urgent, but I do plan on keeping this for a long time (run it until the wheels fall off, then buy new wheels! HAHA!) and want to keep her rollin'!

Im mainly looking now, at whats the cost of a valve seal job? Isnt that the most common reason the 4.0 smokes?
