i need to replace my right front brake rotor, and my friend gets a discount at napa and is gonna put them on for me, but he wanted to know if the hubs are bolted on or not, and i wasnt sure.

The rotor should come right off after you remove the caliper. It is also a good idea to change both rotors at the same time. The brakes have to work together and if one works better than the other side you could end up with a serious pulling problem. To me brakes are one thing I won't skimp on.

No, remove tire and caliper, the rotor will come right off.
