89 xj 4.0 4x4 three wire o2 sensor.
im running in a false rich and would like to know what else is wrong.
brand new o2 sensor for the second time in two months.
the gray wire under the fpr is reading 4.7 and when not hooked in to the o2 sensor it reads 4.9? am i getting power in the wrong wire? or is there a short?? or is the relay bad?
all help is needed. thank you
