Electrical question-- Fog lights??

Ok so My Cherokee was missing the fog lights when I bought it, all the wiring and connectors are there and the switch appears to work. If I have power running to the connectors, Can I wire in new off road lights from the stock wires or would I have to get a new switch and wiring?? I was looking at getting a couple of the Pro Comp 55 watt off road lights. Any advice would be appreciated.

If the wiring is all there and intact, there is no reason why you can't connect new lights to the existing wires.
