Throttle control device

i can see me feeding out winch line at 75mph while trying to set the cruise...

lol
 
$150 seems a little steep to me for what it's doing. I can't imagine that the electronics are all that complicated, for someone who knows this stuff. The problem is, I don't know this stuff.
