Need help, leaf spring bolt broke????

Hi, My friend was installing a lift on his cherokee. He ran in to a huge problem. The front mount for the rear leaf springs has a nut that is inside the frame and it broke lose. What is the best way of removing this nut and some how fixing the problem. Has this happened to anyone else and if so do You have pics of how you fixed it. I am dont want to cut anything I shouldn't trying to get this out. Thanks
