Does anyone know where I can find an aftermarket rear bumper with the swingout spare tire carrier for a 2001 XJ. I haven't been able to find anything except ones for '84-'96 models.

custom 4x4... AJ's Offroad... ProtoFab... Four Real/Daystar... detours offroad has a nice one too...
i use the custom 4x4 one and like it a lot... sturdy, heavy duty...

Hanson Enterprise is working on a pretty cool one right now. It actually has the option of two swing arms so you can have your tire on one side and gas/hilift/water on the other. They are actually fitting a prototype up as we speak. I think FarmerMatt has one of their earlier bumpers on his rig without the hinges/tire carrier.
