Shocks!?!?!?!

I have a 3 inch lift, and 31 inch tires on my xj, i know its gonna be a little more bouncy, and rough riding, and i have some rancho shocks, but i cant remember which model. If if i buy a little more expensive shock, will they make a noticble difference in my ride?

i figured it out, i have rancho RS 5000 shocks, how much difference is tehre between those and rancho rs9000x? I have been readin alot about the blisten shocks, but havent decided on what to get yet.
