I am in the market of buying some coils but when it comes to coils is there much difference between RE and rustys besides price?

i would bet the paint on them is different
i would also bet that if you ordered both, and then returned one, you would be able to answer your own question...

101k miles ago installed the re 4.5 lift with full, 11 leaf, i think, National Spring packs.
NS packs sagged a inch, ONLY because I was a moron and put abot 900lbs. worth of home depot stuff back there, front coils have not moved a mm, still have a 6yo pair of re metal 1" coil spacers i though i would no doubt need.
re coils, couldn't ask for more.
