bush lube

So I'm installing new Poly shock bushings...ruined the originals taking out the bar pins.....what's the rec Lube for my new bushings?
Silicone spray?
Lithium grease spray?
straight wheel bearing grease?

There are poly lubes out there, that are used with the various zerk-fitted shackle and suspension bushings, and poly tends to be picky about lube.

Any speed shop or well-stocked parts house shouldn't have any trouble getting the stuff for you.

that said - i just pumped some grease from the grease gun in around the bushings and in the sleeve to prevent rust and squeaks...
Lithium grease in the grease gun is what i used....
