torque specs track bar at the frame rail

I looked in my manual and cant find the specs for torque for the track bar
mount at the "frame end"
little help here....

also would upgrading the bolts to grade eight help any

Im think not cause in order for it to be right the welded in nuts would also have to be grade 8 also right
I mean I coud fab up some new bolts and brackets for the mounting hardware but really dont want to
I did tack weld the mount up there but I would like to have grade 8 if possible

Track bar bolts to chassis: 92 ft-lbs
Track bar nut: 74
Track bar support bolts: 42
Track bar ball stud nut: 60
Track bar axle bracket bolt: 40 ft-lbs.
